I had a stranger who showed up at my home a week ago Friday claiming she had booked my home for the night. After a lengthy discussion with the "guest".

She showed me the reservation number and listing. The pictures, description, ect was clearly not our property also the lady that claimed to be the host mentioned Satan in her post as well along with a million spelling errors. Thankfully the woman was nice and it was clear it was a fraudulent post. I have contacted Airbnb several times by phone, email and facebook to take the post off since I never signed up for Airbnb and its now a week later and my house is still listed.

I explained to them several times that this is a safety issue and the next person that shows up at my home may not be so nice and understanding. And of course nothing is being done and the post is still up. *** company.

Whatever you do never book with them or trust them.Customer service is awful

Review about: Airbnb House Rental.

Reason of review: fraudulant post.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Wont remove a frauduent listing.
