I'm still waiting to get this resolved. I want my money back. I write into airbnb chat thread everyday I'm adding to this message thread to speak to someone and everyone just lies to me over and over again

I have been ignored over and over again since the 28th of October. I have called numerous times to be lied to by a rep from Airbnb. I've sent millions of chat messages and pictures and have been ignored. Nobody has helped me. I have requested my money back since the 2nd day of this reservation. Dirty bedsheets. Cockroaches. The description isn't the same as when I showed up no laundry no plates no cookware no cooking utensils. Nothing. Can't touch the AC. It's been horrible. I have sent in so many messages to Airbnb chat on my app and have been ignored since the 28th. I want my money back that I've been asking for since the 28th. I paid over $2500 for a place that is disgusting and can't cook and is horrible. My name is Dennis Salley my email is dennis9032@***.com for Airbnb my phone number is 702-204-**** I want my money back I can send all the pics of the messages between me and the chat support too!! I've been ignored over and over and lied to and lied to by so so so many people from there company. They will rip you off and lie to you about talking to a manager!! I've been waiting since the 28th of October and I paid $2500 for 28 days. I'm not gonna just leave until I get my money back or talk to someone this is ridiculous. The host of this apartment isn't any help either he's very very rude to me!!

AirBnB screwed my daughter after a guest spilled red wine over her sofa and bed sheets, floors. She had to hurry and clean up before the next guests arrived and missed their time period to complain by 11 minutes!!! They are not reasonable in there rules...

So airBnB refunded me their service fee of $571.99 and sent it to a PayPal account that does not belong to me and has put the responsibility on me to get the money back from PayPal. I had spent four hours trying to get this money returned and PayPal finally figured out that the money had gone back to Airbnb because the account was in active.

Airbnb is still insisting that it is in a PayPal account that I have to somehow get PayPal to release the money to me but PayPal has given me proof that Airbnb actually has the money returned.AirBnB is one of the worst companies I have ever had the unpledged are of dealing with! They do nothing to help the client and during a pandemic it’s absolutely mind-boggling.

Cancelled our rental on March 21 2020 for our rental in Austin Hosted by Eastside Villas that was scheduled for October 22-27 of 2020 through Air BnB w/ a deposit $2581.62 due to Covid related complications. Which we had booked in January of 2020. The host nor Airbnb will refund our money due to their strict policy of "no cancellations" UNLESS THERE ARE EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES. COVID FALLS UNDER THAT CLAUSE. We have been fighting with them since March to get a refund. Our business was shut down due to Covid on the 13th of March 2020. We are now hiring an attorney to recoup our money. DO NOT USE AIRBNB OR EASTSIDE VILLAS. They have no compassion for the current climate or what people are having to endure. These are huge businesses which are not interested in the welfare of the clients. Losing $2600 is a big deal to us especially now!

Refund issued to ccards that have changed numbers

Airbnb cancelled my reservation a week and half before my trip and are issuing a refund but I have changed my card numbers since payment was made. I want to ensure I get refunded. Also they deactivated my account due to a criminal past from 30 years ago.

User's recommendation: If you have ever had a brush with the law expect these people to cancel on you with no notice and deactivate your account so you have no access to your info.

House I rented is not worthy of renting

my experience of renting a house on AirBnB was very substandard. I tried to find where I could file a complaint about the house being listed and there is no where to contact AirBnB's customer service as it seems to be out of service at this time. The house I rented is actually a demolition house. Not suitable for renting and really needs torn down. Obviously AirBnB allows anyone to rent anything. Just lloked at the site and there is a bed on a floor with sheets onit and cand clothes thron on the bed. A mess. But AirBnB has it for rent.

The most terrible company to try to deal with . The given email address is invalid. Im a customer with a property I rent for which they take a commission. The service- or lack of- and their client care is horrible

1st night arrived and no A/C in main bedroom. Moved everything to the lower level where the A/C was still working. No notice about broken A/C prior to arrival, temp was 85 degrees in that area. Day 3 no A/C at all, temp in entire home 89 degrees when we returned at 9:30 pm. Contacted host no help, did not offer other accommodations or refund. They said it would be fixed next day. Could not stay in cabin with 89 degrees at night. Their solution turn off A/C?????? Not fixed the next day. Refused refund!!!

User's recommendation: Use another service. The host Nathan in Sevierville, TN was terrible as bd no help from Airbnb. I would not recommend either.

Being a host

There is no customer service. They mail forms that they do not understand. They refer the call to another department who does not call back. Furthermore, they do not let you use the security deposit for damages the guest caused, even with pictures. Why would anyone book with them? I am forced to charge higher prices because they cannot accept responsibility for their lack of care.

About to loose family vacation booked for next week by air b&b 3 moths ago

We booked a family vacation with Airbnb three months ago and we get a text yesterday saying theres a problem with the reservation and we planned to go to Florida next week but if they dont hurry we will lose the reservation and theres no way to reschedule another one this short of notice When all it wasThey didnt have my license on file . We will lose lots of money and vacation time off work for no reason if they dont resolve this quickly when they shouldve caught this three months ago

i can't get clearance for payment the code to enter to verify credit card was sent to a number that i did not have access to;hence all attempts to resolve this via horrible help webpage have been futile all I get is notice that the team is working on resolving the issue. It is 2 days later and I am still blocked from making any reservationsB
