Among may other issues was the fact that at this house, despite a listing that said "all to yourself", the owners were living in the basement! And the door to/from the kitchen to the basement locked from THEIR side!
No WiFi (as advertised), no working fireplace, no coffee in the kitchen. Customer service offered me a $50 coupon. No thanks.
Their big issue was that I apparently reserved for 1 person when I meant to book for my family (of 4). However, there is no charge for "extra" guests, so what does it matter anyway?
So disappointing. I've used them for a while, but not after this.
Monetary Loss: $400.
