Booked one night on 3/9 for 4/30.Arrived at 5:00 P M as host said to arrive.

No host. 6 story building. No way to tell which door bell to push as host didn't give last name. Neighbor called her and host said she'd be there soon.

WE Didn't wait Came back at 9:00. No light over porch to see names on door bells. Located on very steep hill. No place to park.

Finally located host on 6th floor after bothering all the tenants by pushing all the door bells, they were upset Went up to host's apartment. Asked where do I park? She leaned out over the balcony and pointed to a no parking zone. I'd had it.

Left and took two hours to find a motel.

Have disputed the charge and getting run around.Have now called credit card company to get refund
