The British government have put us back on a one month LOCKDOWN and noone can fly away on holiday. I have cancelled my reservation and i would like a full refund.
An Airbnb Ambassador contacted me and asked me for a link to my countries travel restrictions.
I sent them 2 LINKS but they still haven't replied to me.
They are now publishing many countries travel information and restrictions on their own website so the information that they asked me for they already have.
I still haven't received my refund and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. I need my money back so as I can book new accommodation for when the UK s travel restrictions are lifted on the 2nd December.
Monetary Loss: $722.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Airbnb Cons: Lack of communication and no refund issued.
