First let me say that I am a person that has very high tolerance but when it comes to AIRBNB well they made me loose it. As a guest and as host I had my share of negative experiences with these people.

I had incidents where people had damaged my home and they ended up getting their money back after staying here and destroying my property. On other times host have canceled or simply forgot I was coming. AIRBNB simply shrugged this and offer a refund while I had no other place to go. I decided to not be involved with them as a guest or host.

A lot of people have many incidents with these people. if you want to avoid a headache just avoid them.
