Your call people are not understandable. Have to keep asking them to repeat themselves.
Your company most likely does not pay them enough from another country.

Thank God the people I am staying with a great hosts. It is not there problem it is yours.

I am warning airbnb about scammer and they dont listen.

The costumer service doesnt listen to my issue and keep sending their pre written text. Its just ridiculous, feels like this people dont think and behave just as ai chat bot.

I had to ask same question several times and stil they are not able to answer to it. sending 10000 character text but with 0 meaning.

I had the worst airbnb experience and will never book again. Our host didnt provide checkin details and we were left stranded without access to the property.

Thats the easy part. The hard part is dealing with airbnb's awful customer service.

They were so unhelpful, and I spent 4 days on my holiday just repeating the issue each time to a different customer service agent, they never looked at the history or what happened and just sent me around in circles for days. They are the worse company to deal with and I would rather not book an airbnb ever again.

I reached out due to false advertising. Apartment pictures Airbnb are nice. Dwelling surroundings is by poverty homes, unpaved roads, and it looks unsafe. The apartment keys were hard to retrieve the owner had her help me get into lockbox. The bath has ants, toilet has a leak, the apartment is upstairs, and description does not specify. Also, there is no hot water to shower in 60 degree weather. The entrance door does not secure with key. This has been a bad experience.

My account got suspended and it took me almost a month to get a hold of somebody after it was supposed to be escalated then I was told that I broke the rules when I had the hoses permission to check out late I am not happy I have $194 that needs to be sent back to me and a cancellation fee because I was not the one that canceled the booking obviously they don't like to admit when they're wrong because now they're going to remove my account I actually really don't care because it is a joke and the people that work there are a joke I will go to the news and blast airbnb for what they are if I do not get my money back
