Somebody hacked into my account and Im afraid that they were going to cancel my Airbnb and its for my nieces wedding so Im very nervous about that so I left a message with one of your wonderful guest services women to not cancel that appointment or Airbnb because Im still going but they are trying to just you know take obviously they taking everything for me so far or at least try to and Im not gonna let them take this thank you guys God bless you

I had three Airbnb reserved 2 in Florida one and Alabama woke up the next morning and they were all canceled I contacted Airbnb and ask why they sent me the coronavirus update I proceeded to call them and then they locked my account and sent me an email saying they get back to me and I haven't yet and it's been 2 days they say it's my account is locked due to security reasons I am very confused I've spent thousands of dollars on Airbnb and my reviews are awesome, I am very confused and this is definitely messing with my work

I tried to log in Airbnb many times but unfortunately I could not. When I asked password renewal via email, verification email didn’t receive or email was received too late. So I suspect something is wrong with my account, maybe it’s a scam. When I tried to log in via phone number, after entered verification code submission button didn’t appear, so I could not continue the process. Could you please fix this problem.

Airbnb - Funds not paid out

I have rented my house out on Airbnb from the 25th of November till the 25th of December 2018. On the 26th of November Airbnb confirmed that the funds will be transferred to my bank on the 29th of November 2018. Today is the 4th of December and I have not received any payments yet. The transaction history shows that the funds has been transferred but nowhere to be founded. I have phoned and emailed them numerous times but every time the same story...I must wait a few more days. No one can provide me with the proof of payment or tell me where my funds are. This is very poor service and in the meantime I have tenants staying in my place and Airbnb not delivering on their promises. Can anyone tell me where my payout money is? or is Airbnb becoming a scam? For a first time host, I'm definitely not having a great experience.

Airbnb blocked my hosting account

My account was blocked nearly 4 months ago by their “Safety department “ this was despite them denying that it was blocked for 2 months. It’s blocked for all new bookings (guests try to book but get an error message) After 8th consultation I was informed that their “Safety “ department had blocked catherine account after I hadn’t responded to an email sent to me in March. I found the email in my Spam, it requested payment from me lodgings I had booked paid for and stayed at in February. Bizarrely the payment was debited and then credited back do 3 bookings. It turns out that the Safety Department at Airbnb don’t or aren’t allowed to speak to customers. So I was requested to email them a month ago. I have spoken every other day to the well trained and utterly disempowered Airbnb Superhost team who “ping” the safety department to try to get them to respond. For a month now we have had no and for nearly 4 months no new bookings. I am unemployed and rely on the income from this. The Superhost team are trained to show empathy for my plight, but I am in the dark why the problem that I didn’t cause , cannot be resolved immediately. But the Safety team at Airbnb hide behind the “e-curtain “!

AirBNB has blocked my account. I have nothing but 100% positive reviews. Never had a payment issue and they blocked my account. I have contacted them though numerous routes and I am told my account has been blocked by corporate and the reps have no idea why. They said I have to wait for an email and I am in the cue to recieve an email. Well several follow-up calls and weeks have passed and zero response back. I am so frustrated. Have no idea why I have been targeted and shut down by AirBNB. And the company is so disrespectful they will not call, email or respond to my request for communication.

Air BNB not the best website as no real people involved. I have 8 rentals 90 percent time booked with home away.

I have had very few issues with home away. Air BNB have had tons and they never support the host if you think they cover you with their fake insurance think again.

The exact same thing just happened to me on Aug 30. I have reserved over 30 trips thru Airbnb with no problems and good reviews.

I was finally able to get thru to a person in Customer Service but they said I had to wait for the "Trust" dept to contact me. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting!

Airbnb - 17 phone calls with no results

My account was compromised just over a year ago. $7300 charges on a credit card that someone opened under my name. Airbnb was super quick to respond, awesome. Flash forward a couple of months after changing all security measures: my account has been temporarily disabled. I sent 4 emails and made 17 phone calls over the span of 5 months and all I was told was, "I will update your ticket and someone would be calling you shortly." I guess shortly means 5 months? Once I finally got in touch with the manager (a phone call that I initiated), they told me that the problem has been solved but they didn't know what had disabled my account. Suuuuper comforting. Now I've used it for one reservation, and I got mysteriously disabled from my account on the last day of my stay. I've called twice in the past 24 hours. If I don't get a call back in the next 24, I will be disabling my account, and my boyfriend and I will stop hosting our 250+ people a year with Airbnb. How can there Customer Service possibly suck this bad?!?!
