If I could leave negative stars I would Air bnb let my family and I travel 18 hours away from home waited until we got our reservation PAID for it and cancelled after we were already in the house they closed down my account so I couldn't message support will little to no explanation as to why they did. Finally yesterday they said I was a party risk which is bs I've never had a party and even though they cancelled my reservation they will not be sending me back my 1700 for the reservation

Horrible Customer Service for Hosts

Airbnb canceled a reservation for my guest WHILE They were at the property already, but didn't tell me why they canceled the reservation. They essentially canceled the reservation, took back the funds, and the guest had already stayed 3 nights at the property.

NO explanation given and I was not paid as a host for these 3 nights!!! I've been trying to explain the case to Airbnb for 3 weeks now and all I get is complete incompetence from their customer service department (which seems to be located in india?)!!

I can't speak to anyone other than whoever picks up the phone. It's been the most horrible customer service experience I've ever had and I've wasted COUNTLESS hours on this and I just keep getting the run around.

Airbnb is not able to tell me if a lodge is registered on their own system

I have sent a message on Messenger/ Facebook. A whatsapp message NO REPLY AS YET! Finally i resorted to calling Airbnb. The line was answered almost immediately. My question... As the new Guest Relations Officer I am trying to confirm if the lodge I am working for is registered on Airbnb. I was advised I have to ask the Property Manager. I explained the Property Manager was asking me to confirm. He could no longer assist.

I called Airbnb to tell them that my wife and two daughters have Covid to change our reservation. They said they asked the person that owned a home.

But it wasnt the person it was the management company. They said nothing was available yet. It was available online to book, they told me that I had to talk to Airbnb. I honestly have been on the phone with Airbnb at least six times.

They sent me to a special department that handles things like this an ambassador. I talked to five different ambassadors told me that I was going to get called back every time and I never got a call back then I called and they told me there was nothing they could do. So I said I need to speak to a manager. The next day I wake up I get a email saying that they refunded my money.

They refunded $1100 and my vacation was $6000 I believe its such a scam theres nobody to talk to and when you do talk to people they just say theyre terribly so sorry for the way Ive been treated, but nothing gets done.

Its just that politically correct thing to say. I would never ever recommend Airbnb to anybody stay at a hotel.

This company outsourced their customer service to India where they are paid on a piece work basis. Accordingly they pretend to be concerned when their aim is to get rid of you asap. basis

The out sourced Indian customer service they hired are a bunch of liars just pretending to care about the quality of their work when their goal is to close each case asap in order to make as much money as they can. They lied about everything and didn't follow the written Airbnb policies in order to close cases and make money as quickly as possible.

Wrongfully discriminated against

Brian, you have an email that is not accurate. I have been trying to get in touch with your company for the past five days and no one from the corporate office has reached out to me. After being on your platform for 10 years hosting 200 guest what no cancellations I'm kicked off the platform because they're saying I have a fake address, I'm a little pissed off and I need to speak to someone to correct this problem.

My host In Pelion yesterday told me there is no other way to get there because the weather is very bab and dangerous. by taxi will be too expensive. suggested me to cancel So I asked for full return. User's recommendation: If it comes up saying not accepting try this ace instead. Do NOTHJNG as I did and endex up with two places. Now spent all evening trying to get refund. This should not happen nor be so difficult to sort out.
