Can you please assist as I booked and paid for this booking above. The description does not match the exterior of the building.
I visited and there where neighbors dancing in the garden. Breaking Covid rules, no masks and drinking alcohol, smoking outside. . My son is ill and we booked thinking it would be private and not like this.
I desperately need the refund as this isnt not suitable, I can provide you letter from my sons doctor. You can access my notes to and from the owner Ana, as you can see she was very rude to me and unable to show any empathy about my situation. My son is seriously ill, stuck here as flights were cancelled and had nowhere to stay. This accommodation is not suitable.
I look forward to hearing from you and confirmation that you are able to refund full amount under these circumstance.
As you can see I have had no issues with previous bookings and have found this owner difficult to deal with and unable to accept her premises are noisy. She did say that you have to cancel the booking.
I have a reservation in 3 hours and the host hasn't accepted my reservation its still pending
