About to loose family vacation booked for next week by air b&b 3 moths ago

We booked a family vacation with Airbnb three months ago and we get a text yesterday saying theres a problem with the reservation and we planned to go to Florida next week but if they dont hurry we will lose the reservation and theres no way to reschedule another one this short of notice When all it wasThey didnt have my license on file . We will lose lots of money and vacation time off work for no reason if they dont resolve this quickly when they shouldve caught this three months ago

I wanted to know why my review of my stay could not ne seen

I'm not a pissed customer. The agent I spoke with said that now sometimes review does not work if entered from phone. He said to re-enter on laptop. I appreciate his advice. I will try again tomorrow and hopefully it will work. Thank you

Unable to add Payout method

Unable to add Payout method. Customer service was in touch nightly saying their engineers were working on the problem, which seemed odd since adding a bank payment method seems fairly integral. Thankfully, the situation has been completely resolved. TY!!

Refund

Yes, Airbnb is refusing to forward my refund of $2,644,to my new bank card. The old card is not valid, and chase bank say they rejected the payment back to AIrbnb, and they cannot forward my money.because I am not a active member of the bank. Please call me at 318-519-****. I will hire an attorney to get my money back

Suspended rental

My property was suspended, I called to get some answers, but never got a call back from an Airbnb representative as promised twice. The matter was just swept under the mat and every time I call I get the run around. I representative thatI spoke too was nice but was unable to help but said, she will not the account and have someone call back which never happened.

Account issues

I have never experienced worse customer service in all my life. Absolutely appalling, from people who could hardly speak English on phone to staff pushing you and issue on to yet another staff member in another part of the world with all different time zones. To people never calling you back when they say they will and generally couldn't resolve an issue between them. Shocking I never use this service again.

No payments because could not fill in information. Now receiving messages but inbox is empty. 10 people in 14 days called but nothing worked. Now payments go again but inbox stays empty

Locked out of my account

I changed phone numbers so when I went to go into my account, I couldnt remember the password, so followed prompt to reset and it kept sending the code to my old number.... when I tried the email option i kept getting an error..... There is no way of contacting Airbnb unless you are IN your account which makes it very difficult if you cant access the account. I have emailed them and no repoly.... it.cant accessunt.

My reservation was cancelled for no reason. I sent my husband's information. I'm not sure this is resolved. We've used Airbnb for 5 years and never had a problem. I'm not sure what you're looking for

I've used Airbnb for 5 years with my now husband. My reservation was cancelled for no reason. We've always had good reviews from our hosts. I sent his information, but I'm stilled confused as to why this happened. The place we go every September only takes airbnb reservations. We go to Shelburne Falls, MA. We've used a different Airbnb every time, but we've always enjoyed our stay and we've never had any negative comments from our hosts.
