There is no customer service. They mail forms that they do not understand. They refer the call to another department who does not call back. Furthermore, they do not let you use the security deposit for damages the guest caused, even with pictures. Why would anyone book with them? I am forced to charge higher prices because they cannot accept responsibility for their lack of care.

Calendar Bookings Not Showing - Historical Data

For some reason, now we cannot see any historical bookings and earnings. We need this information for accounting purposes. We saw this information earlier today, then all of a sudden, we cannot. Why is this?

Conf. Code HMCBJ9A89K - Kent Airbnb July 16-18.

My refund of $310.68 is going back to the Chase Visa credit card ending in 2316 Exp. 4/26. That card was stolen, so I ordered another card with a different number - Ending in 8384 Exp. 4/26. The card has been added to my account. Is there anyway, I can have the refund go to the card ending in 8384? I appreciate your assistance.

The host that canceled my booking last minute sold the property.. it was no extenuating circumstance. We were forced to book last minute a more expensive home. I dont feel comfortable using air bnb at this point bc I had no support in this matter

Non-working calendar syncing.

Hi Airbnb, Our relationship has been very good but recently has become strained because my calendar linking software is not working. I have 4 listings with my home at 17752 e powers dr centennial, co 80015. 1) Beautiful 2 story house in Centennial,co 2)Straight shot to DIA Centennial, Co, and 3)Straight line to DIA Centennial co. The 4th is an independent listing downstairs "Beautiful ,spacious downstairs apartment, Centennial, co. I have filled it out in my listings so that if any 1 of the first 3 get booked the other 2 automatically sync to show booking. The problem is when something gets booked only one of the other two sync with the booking leaving me open for double booking. I need ALL 3 to sync for any booking between them! It is very difficult for me to keep track of when YOUR system is the problem. please cancel my double booking fine of $100 as it was your fault and contact me by phone or email with an ENGLISH SPEAKING AMERICAN to fix the problem. Airbnnb cancelled my resorvation and my Account has been disabled for no reason with no communication!

I have used Airbnb at least a half a dozen times, and with no problems but this trip was almost destroyed for not verifying with a Govt. ID, that I didn't even know about, because I hadn't checked my email.

My Father, my 2 sons, (one of which flies 700 miles) my brother and his son, go on an annual fishing trip for 3 nights every year.

This year I had booked our place way back in Feb. So I was checking my email on Sunday, May 16th and I see an email that they canceled our reservation and gave me a full refund.

I was like, WTF, this must be a mistake, but I wouldn't know because they disabled my act, blocked me, and now I can't get a hold of anyone to talk to about it. The thing is, is that we have stayed in this house with the same he hosts, and we received an awesome review. Airbnb wanted a picture of a gov.

ID and a picture.

They said they sent me 2 warnings, even though I only got 1., a week before our trip. This is *** and I will never use Airbnb again.

House I rented is not worthy of renting

my experience of renting a house on AirBnB was very substandard. I tried to find where I could file a complaint about the house being listed and there is no where to contact AirBnB's customer service as it seems to be out of service at this time. The house I rented is actually a demolition house. Not suitable for renting and really needs torn down. Obviously AirBnB allows anyone to rent anything. Just lloked at the site and there is a bed on a floor with sheets onit and cand clothes thron on the bed. A mess. But AirBnB has it for rent.

We cancelled our Maui trip 6 weeks in advance do to all the extra Covid testing and hoops the government put out for visitors to make it far too stressful and all the deposits were refunded without a problem except for our Airbnb. They continued to write me heartwarming apologies but no refund. Patronizing us. The owner simply kept saying prove its due to Covid. Why else would we be canceling! Even United had a system in place to give us travel vouchers. Vrbo was excellent about the situation as was the car rental. Last year Airbnb withheld money when everything shut down and we should have learned our lesson then. Buyer beware! beware. sit last year

Dear, I reserved an apartment with Confirmation code: HM4QSMNQAQ using airbnb. When we arrived the lady did not open the door, her telephone number in the airbnb site was invalid. It caused many problems for us. I have complain about her and expect airbnb to be responsible about that. I sent a request yesterday for airbnb to check my problem but they did not respond. We trust a host because we trust on airbnb but she actually destroyed our trust. Regards

Still waiting for my refund

I booked a week in July at a time-share condo called Club Wyndham at Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately, my husband was taken ill and advised not to travel by his doctor. I canceled a week later and provided the doctor's note. I received less than half my money back. Am still waiting for the rest and am repeatedly told it is up to the host, a mysterious person called Christian, who says it is up to Airbnb. Airbnb says it is up to Christian. Nobody is refunding. I checked with the resort. The place was rebooked. They are scamming me. or Christian.
