I posted a bad review of a place i stayed and a couple days later it was taken off. I recommend if there are no reviews do not book . Customers like to know information on peoples experience

I called air bnb in uk, time and date is 7 Dec around 445pm uk time. F95RNK is my reservation code. Spoke to someone called Luke .requested him to break the billing receipts which he refused and providing no alternative to my request. I posted a bad review for an Airbnv rental but I started the review with some background information. Only the background information shows on the AirBnb site without clicking the review. I wanted to edit my review but Airbnb assumes they own my review and will not allow me to edit it. The first time booking with airbnb I had an issue where a room was advertised as "entire place" but upon further investigation it actually was just the lower floor on a lady's house. I called to get a refund and after being put on hold (and disconnected twice) for a total of about an hour and a half I was issued a refund and a coupon code, which was great. Almost 2 months ago a guest absconded and left my apartment a mess. No problem, I thought, the rent for that month has been processed by airbnb and they will ensure that the payment for the remaining duration of his booking will be compensated to me. I am totally upset with lack of customer service. I made a reservation through airbnb which starts in 2 days and I am unable to log into my account. I have a charge on my credit card for AirBNB but I have never even considered utilizing their services, much less contacted them in any way. I called them to resolve this issue and found that the automated phone system makes it difficult to get a representative on the phone when you have not registered your phone number with them. Airbnb let an illegal unit, with horrible bedding, pillows as thin as paper, no parking as advertised, dishonest and now has retained $800 in cancellation fees while renting the unit out again.
