House at 4775 Hamby Rd. Should be condemned. AC did not work. Beds were put together with duct tape and covered with Spiders and Ants. Yard was full of trash and trash cans were full whwn we arrived. Owner Tyrone trying to charge us $200 after the fact because of nowhere to put trash we had bagged up. No one should ever rent this house and Airbnb should remove house from listing

Tried to rent a vacation and needed to give airbnb all my personal information and provide them with a video of myself. I don't use social media and never intend to! This is absurd and as I told them when I closed my account it is easier to board an airplane than rent a vacation from them.

Airbnb - Put my money on hold when my request was declined

I live in Europe and have stayed at airbnb in 10 countries. Tried booking today in Lisbon and my request was declined but the amount was still put on hold. Now I won't get that back for 5 more days. Money should never be put on hold until it is approved. Airbnb has not been any help. I canceled my account and booked a hotel. I travel all over Europe and will never book through airbnb again.
